The WARDOGS Server List is an unofficial fan site run by one person, @inch. It is not run by, affiliated with or endorsed by BULKHEAD, the makers of WARDOGS. The game's name, maps and art belong to BULKHEAD. Server names, banners and descriptions belong to the people who run those servers.
These terms cover the WARDOGS Server List: this website, its public API and its Discord bot. Using any of them means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

- The site is free and needs no account. Signing in with Discord is only needed to rate a community, claim a server you run or keep your favourites on every device.
- Don't attack or overload the site, get around its limits, sign in as someone else, or game the community ratings.
- Don't use claims, links, ratings or the feedback form to mislead, advertise or harass. What server owners add to their pages follows the rules for server pages.
Everything comes from the game's public server list, read every 5 minutes. Numbers can be late, missing or wrong: the game doesn't list every official server, so those are estimated, and a check can fail. There is no promise that anything here is right, complete or available at any given time.
- The API is free, read-only and needs no key. Keep to 50 requests per 10 seconds from one address, cache on your side, and send a User-Agent that names your program and how to reach you.
- The counts and stats are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, commercial use included, as long as you show a visible link back to wardogserverlist.com.
- Don't use it to copy the whole server list or run a copy of this site. Endpoints can change, and a program that overloads the API can be blocked. The details are in the API docs.
- The bot is free. It asks for no permissions, can't read messages and only answers the commands people run, with the same public server data as the site.
- Don't use it to flood a channel: each person can run a limited number of commands a minute. Discord's own terms and rules apply to the bot as well.
- A live status message added to a channel can be removed at any time, from the link you got when you set it up or by deleting it in Discord.
Server banners from the banner builder are free to show on your own website or Discord. Keep the link back to the server's page that comes with them.
You are responsible for the ratings, descriptions, links and messages you send. You let the site show them, and they can be edited or removed when they break these terms or the rules for server pages. The privacy policy says what is kept about you and for how long.
The site, the API and the bot are offered as is, for free, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, the person who runs them is not responsible for any loss that comes from using them, or from them being wrong or unavailable. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law where you live.
These terms can change, and the site, the API or the bot can change or stop at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and the terms on this page are the ones that apply. Questions about them go through the contact form.
