What helps
- The link to the page you were on, or the server's join code from its server page.
- What you expected and what you saw instead, and roughly when (with your time zone).
- A screenshot, if it shows the problem.
Before you write
- My server is missing or out of date.
- The list refreshes every 5 minutes, so a server that has just started or changed can take one refresh to show it. If it is still wrong after that, send its join code.
- I run a server. How do I add our Discord or website?
- Put discord.gg/yourcode in the server's name in-game and it is linked within a few minutes. To add a website or a link that is not in the name, sign in and claim the server.
- I want to use the data or show my server's status.
- The public API is free and documented, and the banner builder makes a live image for a website or forum. Questions about it are welcome by email.
- A community's rating looks gamed.
- How ratings work explains the rules that keep scores fair. If something still looks wrong, send the community's page link.
- I want my data deleted.
- You can delete your ratings, claims and sign-in yourself, at any time, from your account page. The privacy policy lists everything the site keeps. Email for anything else.
- I have a problem with the game itself.
- Bans, accounts, crashes and purchases are handled by BULKHEAD, the makers of WARDOGS, not by this site. Please use the game's official support channels.
- I found a security problem.
- Email it with Security in the subject. Please don't test it against other people's accounts or servers.
