API keys are required from 7 November
From Saturday 7 November 2026, 12:00 UTC, calls to the API need a key. Make one on your account page and send it in an
X-API-Keyheader. Before then, calls without a key are refused for one hour on Tuesday 3 and Thursday 5 November, 18:00 to 19:00 UTC, so you can check your bot or site is ready. Server banners, join links, feeds and/api/healthkeep working without a key.
Everything that has changed on the WARDOGS Server List, newest first.
API keys
Sign in with Discord and make a key for the API on your account page, then send it in an
X-API-Keyheader (or asAuthorization: Bearer). A call with a key gets its own rate limit instead of sharing one with everything on its network. A server key is for bots and scripts; a browser key works only from the sites you list for it. Keys are optional for now and calls without one work as before, but they will be required later: the date will be announced on the API page and here, well before.
- Statistics
The other Statistics tabs arrive with the page
History, Weekly, Regions in detail, Login queue and Updates now come with their charts and numbers in the page, as the Overview does, instead of filling in one to three seconds after it on a phone. They look the same, with times on your own clock. On Regions in detail, the Now button of Community by zone works again.
- Statistics
Overview charts arrive with the page
The charts on the Statistics Overview now come with the page instead of a second or two after it, which was most noticeable on phones, and the page no longer downloads a charting library to draw them. They look the same, and pointing at one shows its numbers in the same tip as the other Statistics tabs. On a phone, the times of day beside the restart chart no longer run off the edge of the screen.
- Statistics
History at a glance
The History tab has been redesigned so the numbers come first. A bar at the top, which stays in view as you scroll, picks the region (and a zone, in Europe, North America and Asia) and the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Each chart has its numbers beside it: players now with the peak, the low and a typical day, servers online, free slots, Infantry Only and every modifier, and each day's peak. By region has a row for each region, or for each zone of the region picked, and clicking one picks it. Official and community servers have the Overview's colours, the busiest moment and now are marked under each chart, and stretches where official counts are estimated (
~) are a line under it. The sentences and tables are still there, under Table view. - Statistics
The other Statistics tabs, at a glance
Weekly, Regions in detail, Login queue and Updates now work like History: the numbers first, a chart beside them, and a tip on every chart, bar and column you point at. Weekly picks a week from a row of buttons and shows its players beside every week so far, then the top community servers and each zone as bars against the week before. Regions in detail has its own region bar; the busiest hours grid names each day's busiest hour beside it, each zone's numbers sit beside its hours of the day, and weeks and months are small column charts. Login queue adds the days of the last 30 that had a queue, and Updates shows every build on a timeline. Every table on the Statistics page, the Overview's too, is now under Table view.
A simpler banner builder
The banner builder is now three steps: find your server, pick the card or the compact banner (both are drawn for your server, so you can compare them), and choose where it goes: your website, Discord, a forum, a README, a Join with Steam button or just the image. Beside them are the banner at its own size and only the code for the place you picked, shown in full, with one Copy button. The code it gives you is the same as before, so banners already on websites, forums and Discord carry on as they are.
- Discord
Live status messages show the map
A server's live status message in Discord is now a picture of the map it is playing, at its time of day and in its weather, with the server's status, players, rank, region and mode on it. The join code stays below as text you can copy. Messages already in channels change to the new look by themselves, and follow the server from match to match.
- Discord
Now playing in link previews
Pasting a server page into Discord shows the map the server is playing, by its in-game name, with a picture at its time of day. Shared anywhere else (X, WhatsApp, Slack and others), a server page's preview is now a full-size card with the map, its players and status, in place of a thin banner.
Banners with the map
The embeddable banners show the map the server is playing, with its landmark and in-game name on the right of the banner. They stay the same size, so nothing moves on the pages that show them, and banners already on websites and forums change by themselves. The API page documents
/banner.jpgfor the picture cards.
- Statistics
Statistics by region, in plain words
The Statistics page opens on a new Overview. A square for the whole game and for each region shows its players right now, how many are on community servers and its busiest hour; click one for that region's answers: how busy it is against a usual day at this hour, when it is busiest, official or community servers, and who runs its community servers. Below that: where WARDOGS is played, official and community servers side by side, when each region plays, the week-by-week trend and common questions, each with a sentence saying what its chart shows and a Show as a table link. Community is blue on these charts, so it can be told apart from official with any colour vision.
- Statistics
When to restart your server
For server owners, the Statistics Overview has a new Restarts and map changes section: when community servers restart in each region, how many restart at the same hour every day, and how long a busy server takes to fill up again depending on the time of day it restarts (fastest in the evening; at night many stay empty until morning). It also shows how long a match lasts, day by day, and how many servers restart each day.
- Statistics
How official servers open
A new section shows the game switching official servers on as players arrive and off as they leave: one chart, a zone at a time, with the players arriving or leaving each hour against the seats on servers switched on or off, and how many players each new server is for in every zone.
- Statistics
History tab
The charts that used to open the page (players, free slots and servers over 24 hours, 7 or 30 days, players by region, Infantry Only and daily peaks) are on a new History tab, with the region picker as before. Picking a region on the Overview picks it there too.
- Statistics
History charts, in words
Every chart on the History tab now has a heading you can link to, a sentence saying what it shows (the busiest moment against a typical day, free slots and servers now, which region has the most players, how Infantry Only compares) and a Show as a table link with the numbers. The tile that said "All-time peak" was the peak of the last 30 days and now says so. Small text is larger and higher in contrast, chart labels are readable on a phone, and the region picker works with a keyboard on every page.
- Server page
A clearer server page
Every server's page has been redesigned to be easier to read. The top answers the first questions: is it online, how full is it, and how do I get in, with the whole join code, a copy button and the steps to join. Under it, an On this page bar jumps to Overview, Activity, Details, Changes, Community and a new Questions section, which answers how to join the server, when it is busiest, what rules and modifiers it runs and whether it is up, from its own data. The Claim this server button no longer flashes.
- Server page
New charts, with the numbers behind them
The player count, uptime and leaderboard charts were redrawn, each with a sentence saying what it shows and a Show as a table link with every number. The change log lists modifiers only where they changed, and its first page is on the page from the start.
- Server page
Easier to use with a keyboard or screen reader
Every section has its own heading, there is a skip link to the content, charts and tables are labelled, small text is larger and higher in contrast, and copying a join code is announced. The page's refresh every few minutes no longer moves your place, closes what you opened or takes the focus away.
- Server page
Claim your server
If you run a community server, you can now claim it and add a website and Discord link. Open its page and find Server owner: sign in with Discord, and the page gives you a short code to put in the server's banner URL or name for a few minutes. The links show on that server's page, marked Owner verified, and its community page marks it as claimed. How it works.
- Site
Sign in from any page
A Sign in button at the top right of every page signs you in with Discord. Once you're in it reads Account and opens your account page: the servers you've claimed with their links, the communities you've rated with your stars, and buttons to sign out or delete everything. Its search finds any server by name or join code and opens its owner section right there, to claim it or edit its links without leaving the page. Server pages also have a Claim this server button near the top that takes you straight to the owner section.
- Site
Is WARDOGS down?
A new status page answers it from live data: whether the game is up, has a login queue or looks down for maintenance, with the servers and players listed right now, the usual number of players at this hour, the wait for a new login and the last game update. Below that it explains login queues and why servers go missing after an update. It refreshes by itself while it's open, and every page's footer links to it.
- Site
Status at the top of every page
A small pill at the top right of every page says Online, Login queue, Maintenance or Issues, and clicking it opens the status page.
- Servers
Back after the Season 2 update
The Season 2 update needed a new game version before the site could read the server list again. The list was back from 08:55 UTC, while the game was still in maintenance, and logins reopened at about 09:15.
- Servers
Ping limit
Since the Season 2 update, community servers can set the highest ping a player can hold before being kicked until the next map. A new Ping limit column on the server list shows it, with No limit dimmed. Sorting by it puts servers with a limit first, lowest or highest, then No limit. The Force and Ping limit columns are wider so their sort arrows show, and Force drops its little bars.
- Servers
Community servers by region
The home page has a Community servers by region section under the summary: open it for a column per zone with its leading community servers and their player counts, each linking to the server's page.
- Leaderboard
Ranks reset for Season 2
The leaderboard starts again with each season. Until Season 2 is 7 days old, scores count only Season 2 so far, and a note at the top says how much of the season they cover and when the full 7-day window is back (22 October).
- Season 1
Season 1 final numbers
Season 1 ended at 08:00 UTC, when the game went down for the Season 2 update. Season 1 in review was built for the last time an hour later: its numbers, awards, top servers and share cards are final and won't change.
- Statistics
WARDOGS player count right now
Below the charts on Statistics, a new block says how many players are on WARDOGS servers right now and across how many servers, community and official, with players by region. Official servers the game's list leaves out are counted in as estimates, marked
~. It also explains why the count is usually a little lower than the player count on Steam. - Statistics
Season 2 marked on the charts
The time charts on Statistics mark the start of Season 2 with a SEASON 2 tag at 08:00 UTC, and its note covers the maintenance and the game update that came with it.
- Server page
Ping limit and a live banner
A server's details show its ping limit. Beside the Discord status card, a new card offers a live banner for your website, forum or Steam group, which shows the server's players, map and status and links to its page. Signing a server up for Discord live status now points to the banner as well.
Ping limit in the API
Server entries, as in
/api/server, carrymaxPing: the ping limit in milliseconds,0for no limit, ornullwhen the server doesn't report one. Documented on the API page.- Site
Contact by email
Every page's Issues or feedback line now gives an email address, help@wardogserverlist.com, alongside Discord.
- Servers
Stat tiles redrawn
The five tiles at the top of the server list have a new shape: an icon, the value, and a meter underneath showing what the value is part of. Servers and Free slots split their bar between official and community, so the old Official / Community tile became a plain Official tile with its share of all servers; Players shows how full the game's slots are; Filtered shows how much of the list the filters keep. The coloured left edge is gone from every stat tile on the site, replaced by a thin frame that lights up on the tiles you can click.
- Statistics
The same tiles everywhere
The tiles on Statistics (live stats, the week in review, the login queue), Season 1, the leaderboard and every server page have the same icon, meter and caption shape. Where a number is part of something bigger the meter shows the share: how close now is to today's and the all-time peak, how many servers are official, how much of a week's players were on community servers, how much of the leaderboard window has data, a server's average and peak against its slots, and its uptime.
- Season 1
Season 1 in review
A new Season 1 tab on every page leads to the season in numbers: hours played, the peak, the busiest day, the share of players on community servers day by day, where it was played and how much busier each zone was at weekends, awards, and the top 25 community servers, overall or by zone. The season is still running, so the page is rebuilt every morning (UTC), and its numbers become final when Season 2 starts on 15 October.
- Season 1
Your server's season
Look up any community server's season by name or join code, with your favourites first. Play the season, or a single server's, as a run of slides that ends on a card to share: copy the link, which shows the card when pasted into Discord, or save the card as an image.
- Server page
Season 1 rank on server pages
A community server ranked in Season 1 shows its season rank at the top of its page, beside its leaderboard rank, and clicking it opens the server's season card.
- Site
No flicker when you come back
Reloading or returning to the server list, Favourites or Statistics used to blank the list, or show empty charts and dashes, for a moment before the data arrived. The page now puts back what you last saw, from a copy kept in your browser, and updates it in place. A copy more than 15 minutes old isn't used.
- Statistics
25 September marked on the charts
The time charts on Statistics mark the game's maintenance on 25 September with a BACKEND tag, beside the tags for game updates, and its note explains the drop there: the maintenance took the official servers offline and changed how the game lists servers, so there is no data from 11:10 to 12:05 UTC.
Seasons in the API
/api/seasonreturns a season's review,/api/season-serversevery server it ranked and/api/season-serverone server's season, and/season-card.pngdraws the share cards. All documented on the API page.
- Servers
Back after the game's maintenance
The game's maintenance on 25 September retired the server list the site was reading. The site moved to the game's newer list the same morning, and the full list was back from 12:05 UTC.
- Servers
Official servers past the game's limit
Since that maintenance the game lists at most 250 official servers per region, while EU-Central runs up to about 800 in the evening. The site counts the ones left out from their server numbers, so the official figures on the home page, in its Discord preview and on Statistics include them, marked
~as estimates. The server list itself can only show the 250 the game lists. - Statistics
Login queue tracker
The Login queue tab on Statistics shows how many players are waiting to sign in to WARDOGS, how many get in a minute, how long a new login would wait and how many logins start a minute. It is checked every minute, with charts over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Site
Login queue banner
While a new login to the game would wait a minute or more, a line at the top of every page says about how many players are waiting and how long a new login takes, with a link to the tracker.
- Statistics
Statistics in tabs
Statistics had grown to about seven screens on a desktop, so it is split into Overview, Weekly, Regions, Login queue and Updates. Each tab has its own link, the back button steps through them, and old links to the login queue or game updates open the right tab.
- Statistics
When each region plays
A heatmap on the Regions tab shows each zone's average players for every hour of the day: on your clock, in UTC or on each zone's own, for all servers or community servers only, on every day, weekdays or weekends, over 30 days, 90 days or since launch. Zone profiles give each zone's busiest and quietest hours, how much busier its weekends are and its share of players on community servers, and a table below has every zone's average players week by week or month by month.
- Statistics
Week in review
The Weekly tab sums up each finished week, Monday to Sunday (UTC), starting with the week of 14 September: average players and the busiest hour, overall and for each zone, the share on community servers, the top 10 community servers, new servers, game updates and the login queue.
- Statistics
What's played, and community servers by zone
The Regions tab shows what the whole game plays, which is the same in every zone: the mode, the maps on official and community servers, and the rules community servers run. Community by zone replaces Population by region: for each zone, how many of its community servers have players and which communities run them, going by the tags in server names, over the last 7 days or right now. Click a zone for its top servers.
- Server page
Week by week
Community server pages keep a weekly record: for each finished week, the server's average and peak players, how much of the week it was online and its rank among every community server seen that week. The detailed history covers 30 days; the weekly record is kept for good.
- Server page
Faster server pages
A server page gets its live data from a nearby copy, refreshed every minute, instead of asking Europe on every visit, which made pages slow to start far from Europe. Looking up a server's history for its charts and insights takes a few milliseconds instead of a quarter of a second.
- Servers
Your search stays as you typed it
Every refresh of the server list applied the search and open server saved in the page's address again, which could rewrite a search as you typed it (red dog became red-dog) and scroll back to a server you had opened. The address is now only read when the page first opens.
- Leaderboard
Smoother search
The leaderboard and embed builder searches redraw after a short pause in your typing, like the server list's, so typing no longer stutters on slower phones.
More statistics in the API
New:
/api/queuefor the login queue,/api/region-hoursfor each zone's players by hour,/api/region-periodsby week or month,/api/weeklyfor the weekly summaries and/api/region-communityfor community servers by zone and what's played./api/server-detailadds a server's weekly record, and/api/totalsand/api/region-historysay where official figures are estimates. All documented on the API page.
- Discord
Live status messages update again
Live status messages in Discord channels stopped updating on the afternoon of 21 September, when a change on our side cut them off from the server list. They have been updating again since the evening of 24 September, and the pages for connecting and managing one have their proper styling back.
- Site
Pages hold still while they load
Content that arrives late no longer pushes pages around: a server page keeps room for its details under the header, hovering a chart or tip no longer nudges the page, and the API docs, the embed builder and the leaderboard's comparison hold their space while they load. For visitors who get the analytics notice, it now appears with the page instead of a moment later.
- Servers
A search box that keeps up
On slower phones, a letter typed into the server list's search could take over a second to show. The list now redraws after a short pause in your typing, and picking a region or a filter answers faster.
- Statistics
Charts load without a flash
Each chart on Statistics starts as its own empty frame and is drawn onto it, instead of a grey loading box that was swapped for the chart, so the page no longer flashes as the data arrives.
- Server page
A failed refresh keeps the page
Server pages refresh themselves after each update, and one refresh that failed replaced the whole page with "Server data is temporarily unavailable" until the next one worked. The page now stays as it was. Switching quickly between 24h, 7d and 30d also ends on the one you picked last.
- Site
No more afternoon gaps
On several afternoons (UTC) from 18 to 21 September, updates came late or with some regions missing, and the delay notice showed. The site's requests to the game were taking a slow route to its servers. They now go out from close to them, and the afternoon gaps have stopped.
- Servers
Names stay when the game stumbles
When the game answered for a region but not with its servers' names, as it did for EU-Central on the morning of 21 September, every community server there was listed without a name or join code and counted as offline. They now keep the name and join code they last had.
- Leaderboard
Fairer uptime when the game has trouble
When the game answers for only some regions, the site keeps what it got instead of throwing the whole update away, and a server's uptime and leaderboard score count only the updates that reached its region. A server is no longer marked offline because the game didn't answer for its part of the world.
- Site
Clearer delay notices
The notice shown when the game's data is late now starts with the state of the game's own server list: degraded, down or recovered. It says the problem is on the game's side, not with this site, and that the notice clears by itself once the data arrives.
- Site
A steady header on every page
Every page's header reads WARDOGS Server List, with the page's name beside it, the Discord pages included. Moving between pages, the header and tabs no longer jump, and on a phone the tab bar keeps its place with the tab you tapped in view.
- Leaderboard
Rows open in one step
Opening a server on the leaderboard shows its history panel at full size straight away instead of growing when the charts arrive, and the row you clicked stays under your pointer when an open row above it closes. Reopening a row within 5 minutes is instant.
- Servers
Open servers stay open
A server you open in the list stays open when the list refreshes after each update, and when you sort, filter or move between pages of the list.
- Favourites
Favourites follow renamed servers
Favourites are kept by name, so a server that renamed itself showed as offline in Favourites while it was online. A favourite now follows its server to the new name.
What a 404 means
The API docs explain that a 404 from
/api/servermeans the server is offline right now, how often to check a server while it is, and which key to store for a server you want to look up later.
- Statistics
Players by region without the spikes
Over 7 or 30 days, the Players by region chart on Statistics was drawn as a forest of spikes: each region's history was thinned out at different moments, so at most points every region but one counted as zero. All regions are now read at the same moments.
- Servers
Search in any language
The server list search finds Chinese, Japanese and Korean names. Typing them used to show every server, because the search threw away any character it couldn't spell in Latin letters. Search on the leaderboard and in the embed builder now works the same way: accents are optional (communautes finds COMMUNAUTÉS), full-width letters match ordinary ones, and a shared search link keeps what you typed.
- Server page
Uptime per day across the whole window
The uptime per day chart on a server page lays out every day of the selected window, like the daily peaks chart on Statistics, so a server with a few days of history shows a few thin bars instead of a chart full of wide blocks. Days before the server was first seen are shaded.
Long names fit on banners
Server names on banners are cut to the room they have, measured by how wide they draw rather than by how many letters they have. Chinese, Japanese and Korean names no longer run underneath the server's status.
Chinese, Japanese and Korean on image banners
The PNG banner, the one for Discord and forums that don't show SVG, draws these names instead of empty boxes.
- Server page
Lighter server banners
Banners on server pages are resized before they reach you, so a banner of several megabytes no longer downloads in full.
Health check
/api/healthsays whether the server list is current: ok, degraded when some regions are running on older data, or down when there is no recent list. Handy for uptime monitors, and documented on the API page.- Servers
Southeast Asia is on the list
Servers in Southeast Asia were never shown: the site was asking the game for that region under the wrong name, and got an empty list back without an error. They now appear everywhere, in the server list, the totals, the statistics and the leaderboard, where their history starts today.
- Server page
Server banners
A community server's page now shows the banner its owner set in-game, under How to join. If the server's name includes a Discord invite, clicking the banner opens it. Servers without a banner show a placeholder that says so, so the page no longer has a gap there.
- Server page
Discord on every community server page
Server details always has a Discord row now. When the server's name has no invite, it explains how to add one: put
discord.gg/yourcodein the server name in-game and it shows up here. - Server page
Correct map world and match start
The world shown next to the map was wrong on about 4 in 10 servers, taken from a field the game no longer keeps up to date. It now comes from the level actually being played. Servers with no match running no longer claim one started in the year 1.
Say who your client is
The API docs ask bots and scripts to send a User-Agent naming the project and a way to get in touch, so a client that misbehaves can be sorted out with a message instead of a block.
- Site
The list stays up when the game doesn't answer
If the game's servers stop answering, the site keeps showing the last list it got instead of going blank, and a notice at the top of the page says how old it is. When only some regions can't be reached, their last known servers stay listed and the notice names those regions.
Banners say when data is delayed
An embedded server banner shows DELAYED instead of a live status when its data is more than 15 minutes old, so a banner on your site never claims a server is live on old information.
- Discord
Richer link previews in Discord
Pasting a link to the site, the leaderboard or a server page into Discord shows a card with live numbers: players and servers online, the top of the leaderboard, or a server's players, map, join code and rank, with the time they were last updated.
- Discord
Live status messages that stay put
A live status message in your Discord channel is no longer removed because Discord or the network had a problem for a while. It is only removed when you delete the message or the webhook yourself.
- Leaderboard
Global instead of World
The region filter on the leaderboard and statistics now calls all regions together Global, and the leaderboard's comparison shows each server's Global rank. Existing links still work.
- Leaderboard
When rankings update
The leaderboard says that rankings are recalculated every 30 minutes, so a server's rank not moving between two visits a few minutes apart is expected.
- Site
Faster home and leaderboard pages
The home page and the leaderboard start arriving sooner, now that the live data they are built from is kept ready at the edge instead of being fetched for every visit.
- Favourites
See your favourites as a grid
Once you have more than one favourite you can switch Favourites between the table and a grid of cards. Each card shows the last 24 hours of player counts as a chart, the live count, the day's peak and average, and the server's leaderboard rank. Hover the chart to read the count at any moment. A favourite that goes offline keeps its card and says when it was last seen, instead of quietly dropping off the list.
- Favourites
Back up your favourites
Favourites are saved in your browser and nowhere else, so clearing your browsing data used to lose them for good. Backup on the Favourites tab hands you your list as text to keep or paste into another browser. Importing adds servers, it never removes any.
- Site
Pages arrive ready to read
The home page, the leaderboard and every server page now come with their contents already in place instead of "Loading", so there is something to read the moment the page arrives rather than after the live data catches up.
- Site
Server pages findable in search
Search engines are now pointed at a page for every ranked community server, with the date each was last seen. A server that happens to be offline when a search engine calls describes itself properly instead of falling back to a blank page, and each page answers on one address rather than several.
- Site
Link previews
Sharing any page of the site in Discord or elsewhere shows a preview card with an image, rather than a bare link.
- Site
Nothing loaded from anyone else
The stylesheet and fonts are served from this site instead of third-party CDNs. Pages start drawing sooner, and loading one no longer makes your browser talk to anybody but us.
Player history for several servers at once
/api/fav-historyreturns the last 24 hours of player counts, peak, average and rank for up to 12 servers in a single request, so a dashboard watching a handful of servers no longer needs a call each. It is what the favourites grid runs on, and it is documented on the API page.- Server page
Servers that come back with a new ID
When a community server re-registers with WARDOGS it keeps its name but gets a new server ID, which used to leave every older link showing it as offline for good. Those pages now say the server has a new ID and link straight to its current page.
Links that survive a server re-registering
Banner code from the embed builder, the Embed a live banner link and Copy link on a server page now use a key based on the server name, so a banner on your site or a link in your Discord keeps working when the server ID changes.
- Leaderboard
Compare servers side by side
Tick up to 4 servers on the leaderboard to compare their stats, with the best value highlighted, and their player, uptime and rank history over the last 7 days on shared charts. Copy the link to share the comparison.
- Servers
Search by join code
The server list search matches join codes as well as names: the full code with or without dashes, the shortened form, or a fragment of 4 or more characters. If your filters hide a match, the list tells you and offers to clear them.
- Servers
New community servers
Servers seen for the first time get a New tag for 7 days while they're online, a banner at the top of the list and a Show new filter. A server reinstalled under a name we already know is featured again once.
- Server page
Insights
Server pages now describe the last 14 days in plain language: busiest hours and days in your timezone, how often the server is full or empty, whether activity is trending up or down, restarts and outages, map changes, how quickly it updated to the latest game build, and how it compares with other community servers in its region.
- Statistics
Daily peaks across the whole window
The daily peaks chart on Statistics lays out every day of the window rather than sizing the bars to the days that have data, so a few days of history no longer fill the chart. Days before tracking started are shaded, and hovering a day shows its peak.
- Server page
Copy the join code from How to join
A copy button sits next to the join code in the How to join steps.
- Site
Issues or feedback
Every page has a section at the bottom for reporting problems or sharing ideas, with a link to contact @inch on Discord.
- Site
Faster, lighter pages
Pages download a slimmer server list, about a quarter smaller. They refresh right after each new poll instead of every minute, wait longer while nothing changes, and pause in background tabs.
Clearer rate limit
The public API is limited to 50 requests per 10 seconds per IP, and the API docs say so.
- Site
Anonymous page view counts
We count page views and banner loads to see what's used. No IP address, browser details or ID is stored, and Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
- Site
New address: wardogserverlist.com
The site moved from wardogslist.com. Old links still work, and your favourites and settings carry over the first time you visit. The site also has a proper icon for browser tabs and home screens.

Ready for Patch 0.11
The server list works with the new game patch. Community servers are now tracked by their permanent server ID, the join code, so history, ranks and banners stay with a server when it's renamed. Long join codes are shortened on screen and always copied in full.

Join steps for the new in-game browser
How to join matches the Patch 0.11 browser: choose Official or Community under Deploy, and use Join by ID with a community server's code.
- Servers
More server names in busy regions
The game only lists 250 servers per request, which left some servers in busy regions without a name or join code. Those are now looked up separately.
- Servers
Community servers by default
The server list opens on community servers. Change the Type filter to see official servers too.
- Discord
Live status in your Discord
Connect Discord from a community server's page to post a status card in a channel you manage. It updates by itself when the player count, map or server status changes, and you can remove it at any time.
- Statistics
Region filter and game update markers
Statistics can be filtered to a region or zone. Charts cover the whole selected window and mark when each game update first appeared.
- Leaderboard
Every number explained
Hover or tap any header, tile or value on the leaderboard to see what it means and how it was worked out.

Fairer uptime for new servers
Uptime counts from when a server was first seen, so a brand new server isn't shown as mostly offline. Servers with under 3 hours of history are marked New. Ranks stay put while you search or sort.
Ranks on banners
Banners and link previews show a server's leaderboard rank when it's in the top 100.
- Site
Updates every 5 minutes
Server data refreshes about every 5 minutes, and the site has a proper page for links that don't exist.
